Video editing software
« on: May 07, 2014, 06:30:00 AM »
I have used online editing site OneTrueMedia for about eight years but it's closing down at the end of the month.

Looking for an alternative, probably program rather than online.

I have tried Windows Movie Maker but don't like it that much.

Need something to do photo slide shows and videos and add music and effects.

Any suggestions?

Andy, I have a copy of Adobe Elements Premiere 12 you can borrow to load on to your PC.  I was given it as a Christmas present by a lovely generous friend who thought it was what I needed for my photos.  Unfortunately for me it's for video only.  It's the most up to date version with 2 discs, 32 bit and 64 bit.

If you're interested, send me a message on Facebook as I'm likely to pick that up quicker.

When you say video only does it make slideshows out of to mix in with videos? I did my last one on Windows Movie Maker that wasn't too bad though harder to alter the times of the photos and not the special effects that the other had.
