Does anyone out there have any information on the history / past ownership of the garage?

I know from research that at one point it was split into two, one half (the Showroom) being used by HL Smith & Undermay Ltd, the other half (the Workshop) being used by an AT Garner & P Blackburn. Are any of these people still around the Chesterfield area?

Also, who owned it before and after the above people?
