A lovely day
« on: March 25, 2017, 09:31:43 AM »
Frosty this morning with a whit coating over the lawn.
Young flowers in tubs but I've checked and they are ok - phew.

I've bought a few wild flowers and planted them in pots.

My Acer trees are looking a bit iffy so hoping this years cold weather hasn't killed them off as i love Acer's.

Any other garden lovers?

Got the greenhouse cleaned out ready for the tomato plants that Our_Lass has grown from seed.
Hope we have better luck than last year, all the tom plants in the green house got something nasty and died  :(

Oh dear hard work for Our-Lass and disappointment for her efforts. Tomato's can easily bet attacked by blight etc.
Sterilisation of the greenhouse before planting is a good idea. Better luck this year!

Green house has had a proper good scrub down with Jeyes fluid. It didn't get done last year as the frogs had took residence before we had chance to clean it out. That's why we tried to beat them to it this year (y)

Picture purely for testing reasons LOL
