Good win for town as Jack Lester plays his last match
« on: April 27, 2013, 05:16:16 PM »
Spireites favourite Jack Lester scores two goals to help beat Exeter four nil in his last match at Proact!

I'll leave it to someone more knowledgable than I to sing his praises - but I do understand how the home crowd felt about him.
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

He's been a good name for CFC for a while.
All the best Jack x

Great striker with an amazing career and he should be proud of himself. In 2007/8 season, he was third in the entire Football Leagues ratio in terms of goals per games. The two players better than him were Cristiano Ronaldo and Fernando Torres!!
He's going to be hard to replace, thats for sure.
I wish him well in his future coaching aspirations :)

seen it on the CFC site now. Apparently Trotman has played quite well towards the end of the season so presume he doesn't fit in.
