that would have been one for kyle, he could have got on his show the person you visited with the tv on and then you could have piled on the bile about his bad manners and started the audience baying for blood.
It has to be a generation thing.
Being of a certain age technology is a wonderful thing, but it doesn't rule my life to the extent I forget my manners. As with the t.v. scenario it's the same when my daughter and grand kids visit, they say hello sit down and they are on their phones barely looking up, even when you ask them something they will reply without looking up. I realise that for the young their phones are their lifeblood and without them they would die and so visiting the "wrinklies" is possibly not something on their must do list
{unless of course it's possibly one of their birthdays, then I have their undivided attention, funny that}
Shows such as Jeremy Kyle pass as entertainment because that's what certain generations want to see. Their expectations are so low it is reflected in what they watch and they jump at the chance to watch the drain family air their dirty laundry in public. As with reality cop shows you see these people for what they are, mindless thugs that can't hold their liqueur, and it's all caught on camera. This is why the boyfriend of one of the Westminster victims said, a few days ago, that just after it happened "people were more interested in videoing my dying girlfriend than ringing for an ambulance". They also have a porn show dressed up as a dating programme {naked attraction}
These cr*p programmes need to be taken off the air
Or better still if people see the need to feed on this tripe then put them on specific channels, at least that way if I'm watching channels 4/5 or itv or whatever I wouldn't be bumping into garbage like Kyle.
