Obviously happy to pay, clean, tidy, respectful. 41 professional male who's situation has recently changed. Looking for a fairly informal arrangement but happy to pay a small bond upfront. If anyone knows of anything in brimington, tapton, Newbold, loundsley green, Brampton, Chatsworth road, ashgate road, brockwell, town centre, spital etc can they let me know. Cheers. Rich
