O' dear North Derbyshire voted for this Tory what can I say?

A guy who *fluffed* up Westminster car parking a no one who replaced a much liked Labour MP a likable lady who one felt comfortable with  . A guy who talks who fails to do the walk O' dear North East Derbyshire has lost its way remember the miners strike of 1984/85 the batons were at hand the death of the community  but hey the grass is greener on the other side or is it? I despair my heart goes out to the net generation who will have the shop doorways to call home.

I can't but help notice more young people on the streets has Universal Cerbit is rolled out in Derbyshire and South Yorkshire but hey ho the older end still vote Tory still thinking they are better than Labour Party.  Its clear that their is a generational spilt will bring down the country. Look around you Chesterfield is dead the market is struggling the workers are struggling to pay their bills the factories and pits are closed.but yet a certain generation blames the younger generation for it look around but hey ho that's too easy !

Depends what kind of music they play!
If it's the bang bang rubbish - forget it.
This old girl doesn't dance to that - I take my hearing aid out!  ;D

You will love it just watch out for the drive by shootings.

The Sheffield nightclub which was home to Bassline , Underground Speed music but also had the reputation for drugs and shootings is to reopen on Walker Street near the Wicker. The  owner of Tank nightclub Steven Baxendale was the owner of Niche on Sidney Street, Baxendale opened his first club in 1992  in an old cutlery works the club played underground rave music that later developed into music with an heavy bassline beat Jamie Duggan and Andy Spoff  were the most notable DJ' s at the club. The Sidney Street club was closed down in 2005 after an major Police raid based on alleged drug dealings at the club though the raid failed to find any drugs on the customers. The club later tried to reopen at Charter Square in 2009 but again the problems that beset the old club came back the last straw been an drive by shooting . Baxendale closed the club in 2010 under council and Police pressure he later moved to Spain .

Fast forward Baxendale had an club down Attercliffe after returning from Spain sold this brought Tank now Niche is set to open in January 2017 .  Will this work music tastes change all the time Bassline music is seldom played, will the old problems return? This is club number three - club two was at Eyre Street lasted a few months hence it gets forgotten it will be interesting to see what happens.

M&S can't compete with Lidl and Aldi but I personally don't think they are mega expensive either.

There clothes aren't badly priced but I think it's more to do with the ranges they sell.
They are a bit 'old maid' in some areas.

Again I have been in there and bought a few items of clothing I was intending to buy from there anyway - just in case they close the clothes section down - I dread the thought of having to go to Meadow Hell!

In Chesterfield M&S's biggest problem is Primark they can't compete on price quality aside the economic climate we live in will dictate spending hence why M&S have brought out the Simply range .

Marks and Spencer a well known high street store that first opened in 1884 founded by two brothers their business grew from an market stall into an well known brand. Over the years their business relied on middle class customers for business St Michael's range was the by word for luxery goods.

But in recent years have seen their main custom base the middle class cut back on their spending clothing sales have dropped dramatically M&S then they tried to break into the food market with high end goods and foods in attempt to woe back the middle class but this didn't stop the decline . M&S have already closed some of their stores though out the country in the early 2000s many changes have been tired like getting in well known designers for an more up to date clothing also changing the company management all in vain. M&S have recently rolled out as ' Simply Range' goods which in reality is the same has Tesco's ' Everyday Range' but still profits fall.

Now M&S are planning to close 60 stores and make smaller stores into food only shops they face an uphill struggle has Aldi and Lidi dominant the food market can M&S survive in this economic climate or will they join the likes of BHS?

The other day I went though Vicar Lane as I was passing what was Morrison's old shop noticed a guy opening the doors and the electric shutter going up. Expecting to see nothing but emptiness was amazed to see counters, shelving units , cupboards and towards the back possibly fridges even shopping baskets awaiting for their next customer. The only thing missing was staff and food when Morrison's left they must have taken very little with them anyone heard anything or was the guy simply checking the shop?

Politics / Re: Trump is the 45th American President .
« on: November 10, 2016, 05:55:20 PM »
American politics are strange thing they go from one extreme to another I think people outside of the U.S thought Clinton would get in. But Trump was bash in your face over the top played on American fears over the economy. Also perhaps Americans were concerned that Hilary would be influenced by Bill on policy and also the fact that her husband had been impeached by Congress would not help her cause.
