Have a look at this. Use the + - buttons at the top to zoom in/out.
Looks like newbuild and renovated housing. New pub, and a couple or more retail outlets.

Hardly a pub OC, will be more like a Harvester type place I'm guessing.

Seems to be on the site of the current Barlow pub so they must be knocking that down then.

Looking at the plans again and comparing them to the satellite view from Google Maps it would seem that the pub is being replaced by something different as the on the plans is much closer to Mill Lane, the side street down the side of Johnsons, meaning the pub will be much closer to Johnsons utilising the current free land thats there from when some stuff was demolished quite a while ago.

Looks like then the parking and bits around the pub will take up some of the scrub land round the back and also they will knock down what used to be the art studio and those old terraced houses that have been boarded up for years. Also looks like that old garden type area will go and become access to some flats etc although thats been fenced off for years as well.

Be interesting to know if Barlow Brewery will still have any input to the new pub. To be honest if its still a decent pub in the middle of Brampton it will do fine.
