TBH I don't feel any better or worse healthwise. Our_Lass says I'm coughing less in a morning  ;D
Never realised I did cough lots in the mornings  ::)

Folk keep asking me if I'm eating more, I keep saying no  ;)

6.00am Big mug of tea and an Arrowroot biscuit, apparently they help heartburn/indigestion, which I woke up with.
8.30am threw up. Just acid, no tea or biscuit  q? How's that then.
9.30am Ham cob.
9.45am Bag of SeaBrook Beefy crisps.
10.30am Couple of Arrowroot biscuits
11.15am Dark chocolate Bounty  >; Love em  :)
12.15pm Ham cob
12.30pm Bag of SeaBrook Beefy crisps.
1.00pm ish, saw Emmz in the bus queue opposite the rank.
1.15pm 2 x 2 finger dark chocolate Kit-Kats, and a 250ml can of Emerge energy drink.
2.00pm Couple of Arrowroot biscuits
2.45pm Bag of beef Hoola Hoops
4.15pm First drag of my E-Fag  ;)
6.00pm 3 rashes bacon, new potatoes, peas, smothered with Tesco slightly salted butter.
Plus a few tinnies since about 5.00pm onwards.
That's not excessive is it  q? q? :))

Just got the scales out. A month ago I was about 10st 12.
I'm now about 11st 4/5  8)

I'll start to panic if I hit 12st. I've never been 12st in my life and I'm 6' 3"  ;)

 :-?  :-?  :-?
Fly naughty naughty - lots of junk in there.
Good to hear you are still off the fags well done both of you (errr dare I ask how much is in the kitty for Mrs Fly's new wardrobe  ::)  q?  ;) )
Keep it up you's two's

@ Aitch how strange, have you had it long, my daughter has had hers about 18 months. Wonder why I was told that though. Hubby not had chance to check out underneath yet but will let you know how we get on with it.
@ Alsatian my hubby has enough problems with his bottom without making more holes in it - thank you very much  :))

@JR thanks they are what I was wondering about but not sure what the sofa's are stood on - if it's metal probably won't be able to fix them but when keith's had a look we will know better.
Thanks everyone all info has been really helpful.  :-*

@ Stuart it is on a carpet, my daughter can't walk in laminate floors as she is prone to falls. Good idea though, I was wondering if a sort of castor which had a flat dropable base was available.
