Results of the Bedroom Tax -
« on: July 01, 2013, 11:18:37 AM »
So - here we have it - the result of the bedroom tax and the affect it is having on housing and peoples lives.
I already know one person who has 'ended their life' as a result of this and I know there are others who I have read about in the papers.
Debt, empty houses, one man says he has £25 a fortnight for food as he doesn't want to get into debt, and a mother has been rufused housing benefit for her son who is in the military -
Where is all this going to end, with squatters in the empty homes maybe - and other countries bringing aid into the UK for our poor????

I'm sure I read that the government was clamping down on squatters.

Cameron won't be satisfied until he's punished the poor a bit more.
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.
