but they kick them while they are down.

Go into admin, usually not the managers or players faults and they get docked 10 points.

Though not necessarily the  end of them look at the rise of Accrington Stanley. Coincidentally they took the league place of Oxford who were the club that gained its league place when Stanley went bust in the early sixties.

The Supporters trust have already said that if they do get liquidated there are plans to form a new club a la Halifax
