All we have is a lawn full of dandelions front and back with a solitary cowslip in each - carefully mown round in each case.

@Fly - great photo's, looks as if you enjoy your gardening.

@Dave -  We don't see much of cowslips these days, I love them used to pick them from the fields when young --- feed em and nurture em Dave ps at least you have some colour with the danelions ;)

Back into the garden to finish putting the bedding plants in!  :)

I drove down the M1 to junction 15 today, masses of cowslips on some of the embankments.

Planted some summer bulbs in tubs and troughs earlier and just put some pansies and mimulus in to replace the failures (about 15% didn't grow). Looks as though all the rain we've had lately had rooted the bulbs/corms - also the compost, as well as being very wet, was bl00dy cold!!  :(

Anyway, depending how things grow, I'll post a few pics of my gravel quarry - sorry - garden as and when.

It's the first time for almost 13 years that we've planted anything as, when we had our 'mad' dog, she'd knock everything over. Still miss her every day though  :'(

Shame about the bulbs Alsatian, it was cold yesterday when that wond was blowing.
I have held my bedding plants back for awhile because of the cold and wet weather - not much better now though is it!  :(

Not looking good for the plums this year but the cherries don't look too bad.

That's not a phone box - that's a Mark II  Tardis...
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

Was hoping that the tits would use this box for nesting this year, but sadly they are using the traditional one down the garden instead. :)
