Hi everyone. I'm looking for anyone that may have a room available to rent locally. I'm just after a room with a wardrobe and a bed really. Obviously happy to pay, clean, tidy, respectful. 41 professional male who's situation has recently changed. Looking for a fairly informal arrangement but happy to pay a small bond upfront.
