Queens Park before they moved the bandstand.

I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

I did a quick Google for 'Steve White and the Zeros'. Not being old enough to remember them  ;)

Quite an entertaining read, hate the colour scheme though  >:(

Hello Fly,
                 I'm very grateful for that memory jogging blog; I wrote it. It was quite a while ago and I'd forgotten it completely. That was a nice update from Pete, also, regarding the (much) later epics of the bandstand.
The 'British Racing Green' did come out a lot like 'Yuk Mould Fungus'. Such are the joys of the internet (especially for those of us who aren't much cop with it.)
