Nexus Tablet extended warranty insurance ?

PC World have sent me a letter offering me 2 years "FULL" extended warranty, including accidental damage.
If I spill a drink on it, or drop my Nexus, if they can't repair it, they replace it for free  ;D

£50, no brainer me thinks  8)
