I am actually supportive of the NHS, but it is widely accepted within the NHS that
it is the - No Hope Service

The workers within the NHS are like little angels. Most of them  ;)
I'll let people slag the NHS off per-se, as long as people aren't pulling down the staff.
I have many friends/family who work within the NHS, they aren't the fault with the system.
