Who looks up while they are out and about?
« on: February 08, 2015, 09:52:55 PM »
I confess I go about my business when in Chesterfield and rarely look up beyond my own eyeline.  I made a pact with myself a number of weeks ago that I would try and consciously do this chiefly because I know I'm missing out on some wonderful and very curious things.

Well I made a start as you can see,  though I apologise for pic quality.  Taken on my mobile.  One is easily identifiable, but what about the other two?

Strange that Gerty I have started 'looking up' when in Chesterfield - just need to remember to take my camera with me now  ::)

Good for you OC.   Make sure you stand still while looking though.  Don't do what I did and walk into a lampost.  Mr Gert fell about laughing.  It made his day!  >;

Typical male that Gerty  ;)

The picture with the hand holding the light is intriguing!!
Not sure when I will be in Chesterfield next, but will try and remember my camera!!

I was stuck behind a lorry and was just gazing around with this thread in mind.

Saw these above Meadowfresh

Pete and I saw those when we were in The Market Hall.  Not processed them yet, but yours are better than mine :-D

Not surprising Gert - as I remember we were in the middle of a major downpour - I didn't even try to get a shot.

Bloody weather.  :(
I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left.

The first one is ok, then the lorry moved, so the second and third were rushed. It was me holding the traffic up LOL
