Oh yes I forgot about the co-op. They can be a bit pricey though can't they.
It's not going to be a big store is it so maybe a quick drop in for people who just want a few items.
Do you think they should keep the staff on from HMV's?
Maybe Emmz will get lucky if she tries for a job there

Should make Venison a bit cheaper to buy
I love Deer, I think they are handsome animals, not sure where we have too many of them as only see them in Chatsworth around here

It seems some people are not too happy about this questioning whether Chesterfield has enoughsupermarket chains?
HMV staff will have to apply for an interview along with everyone else.
Have we got enough food chains in Chesterfield?
In the town centre I know we have Tesco and M&S but can't think of another one?
Are the two enough ?

Just wanted to alert others to the fact that their are cold callers around - one of my friends were conned last night out of £250.00. both pensioners. Handed over the money as was told the 'man' was going out there and then to do this job - well he did a runner.
Daft to hand over cash like that you will say - yes but at 70 and 80 years old people are not as aware as a younger person might be.
Please tell your vulnerable friends and relatives these thieves are around and not to let them into there homes.  :(

This is interesting, and may well be helpful for any retailers who are not aware of it.
They are being offered free specialist training DVD's on spotting fake cash.
We were recently in the soap Box in Clay Cross and they had just been handed a fake ten pound note. businesses struggle enough these days without being conned by the get rich quick brigade.
There is a contact number at the bottom of the write up if anyone wants to take advantage of the DVD
