According to the paper, "Change in law expected in Queen's speech so sentencing of criminals can be filmed."

They reckon it could be announced in the Queen's Speech in May.

Good thing? Bad thing?

I personally would like to see it - if only to watch "old duffer" judges trying to make sense of the 21st century...
