I'm the young fresh faced one at the back (I'd be 19 or 20)
Slacker is the balding one with the dubious taste in trousers!!!
The others are the rest of the recreation and leisure department office staff circa 1983.
Only one person on the photo still works there.
The lady at the front was leaving to have a baby.

Hmm, i kind of guessed which was Andy.  It was the dubious taste in trousers hairstyle that gave it away  ;)

I'd never have recognised JR!!
