Is this a scam?

Alsatian:
Just received a telephone call where I've been told that I've won either £250,or 2 tickets to an Elvis Presley tribute contest.

Then it said to just press 1 for the money, 2 for the show.

 :)) That actually brought back a fond memory of years ago when I fostered.
We took an 8 years boy to Blackpool for a week and booked in to watch a show on a pier.
One act was an Elvis tribute which we all enjoyed.
All the way back to our hotel the youngster repeatedly whipped his jacket off saying - 'ladies and gentleman the King has left the building' in a deep voice.
I still smile now thinking about that night
