FACT: I have qualifications in computer programming   
Been there done it, still do 

(AI), Artificial Intelligence, only works when the programmer knows what he's on about.
We could end up with a fleet of Robo Cops based on someones own perception.
Bit like a Tory gov 

But give the robot a gun. I don't think so !
