Watch batteries
« on: April 02, 2024, 12:24:01 PM »
As I had previously posted in 2022 I had a new battery fitted in my watch in town and was charged a tenner.

I was at Crystal peaks about a month ago and noticed the same watch had stopped again so as there's a watch repairer in the market part of C/P I asked for a new battery and was charged £4
I've been today with my going out watch, which is twice the size as the other, and had a new battery fitted... £4 can't fault him.
I am not a pessimist, I just help them out when they're busy.

I bought hubby a watch which didn't need a battery or winding up. It goes on light recharging. He's had it years.
