This doubtless displaced the story in earlier editions, to the effect that the Forestries Minister has discovered huge amounts of bear shit.

It's a smokescreen going after some people who appear to be avoiding paying tax whilst ignoring the real culprits who are blatently flouting the rules.
A case in point. There are now to be rules capping the amount of charitable donations that will avoid tax.
J K Rowling gives £2m to research into Multiple sclerosis. She does this because her late mother suffered from the disease.
The Government say she should have hung on to the money and paid tax on it!!!
Ridiculous!
Just to lighten the mood on this however was anyone else listening to Radio 2 on Wednesday morning? They got into a real tiswas about this when they were doing a newspaper review. They were reading about a list of the top 10 philanthropists and decided they couldn't read the name of the 2nd person on the list over the radio.
His name
Anurag Dikshit !!!
