Title: Breivik wants 'sane' trial verdict
Post by: Fly on April 16, 2012, 06:19:04 PM
Evil or insane, both, but he's sane enough to do insane evil acts.
Dart him  :-X

I don't believe in the death penalty - but, for him, I could make an exception.

I think that for deliberate, multiple killings the death penalty is appropriate whether the killer is sane or not.

Beat me to it BD, it's not like it's based on DNA is it.
Cameras, witnesses etc

But like Pete, without this sort of evidence, the death penalty has proven to be wrong.
Again, usually on new found evidence or new witness statements that could be dodgy.

This is where our police let society down. There have been too many folks "fitted up" by the police only to be found innocent many years later.

Surely there's many cases where evidence points to --> perpetrator
So the police take this channel.

I agree some police forces may have , 'fitted people up', just to keep the books right, isn't this another argument ?

I heard this morning that if found guilty of murder, he will get 21 years.  So for 77 people, 21 years?  Not each.

What a joke.

He shouldnt be put to death, he should suffer for what hes done.

20 lashes per day for the rest of his life ?
Who pay's the lashers wages and his upkeep ?

Sorry no brainer, the world will be better without this sort of sane/insane wa%&er.

Sorry  :-[

The family of the victims could take turns.  Im sure they'd do it for free, and theyd probably all chip together to but a whip.  ::)

Mad as a box of frogs, no doubt about that.
I hope the court will also reach that conclusion and lock him away for life rather than finding him sane and sentencing him to 21 years.
