"A 15-year-old boy is facing a life sentence after being found guilty of stabbing a student to death in a row over conkers. Grisales died last August after he went over to remonstrate with a group of young people throwing conkers still in their spiky husks."
Unreal. Lock him up and throw the key away.
And they are cutting youth services - then kids can all hang around in gangs and become thugs.

But he won't do life, Bulgers killers didn't :-X

Beggers believe on what kids and the like can get away with. The thing is if he gets out in say 15 years time he will still have the majority of his life to live. Do they deserve this after taking a life? No they bloody well don't annnnnnnnnnnnd breathe

Confused of Chesterfield here - didn't this happen in London?
Despicable an act though it was, cutting youth services is unlikely to have much of an impact, I don't think they reach the sort of lowlife who do such things.
There should be a lifers prison on an isolated island, leave them there until they rot.

I agree with everyones sentiments, what I found hard to believe was the fact that, due to his age, he couldn't be named!! If he's old enough to do the crime then he should be named and shamed!
