Title: 'Online snooping' to cost £1.8billion

Home Office reveals price tag for tracking emails, phone use, plus Facebook and Twitter accounts is estimated to be £1.8 billion!

Plus the Home Office issued an official warning that the figure may well prove to be an underestimate...

I thought we were broke?

Yehhh but on the news today it was saying people do get the tags off - so we'll be ok  ;)
