Jimmy Wales, the founder of Wikipedia, has thrown himself into the campaign to block the extradition of local lad Richard O'Dwyer to the US.

God luck to the lad. Saw a way to make a few bob. Meanwhile, the Ecuadorian Embassy has applied for planning permission for a 500-bed hotel.
