Title: Cheeky Chezzy pigeons.

The Victoria Centre have had 'bird spikes' placed above the shops on the Vic Veranda.
This is to deter the pigeons from settling or nesting there. Plus a reduction in pigeon sh**.

So the pigeons are settling in the hanging baskets instead  ;D
