Title: Possible jumper on Beetwell St multi-storey this afternoon.

Did our shopping, got back to the bridge outside Tesco's in the precinct, and the doors were locked.
Police had closed the entire carpark. It was another half hour before we were let in.

Managed to get a shot of the lad, hope he didn't jump. Though that's not what I said at the time  8)

I know the security people in the precinct have trouble from time to time with teens messing about on top floor of car park. Don't know if this was a potential suicide or what.
Strangely enough, all my buses today left from Beetwell St, and I saw nowt. Typical. ;D ;D
