Title: Fall

Had a fall on Sunday injuring my back, ended up being taken to hospital by ambulance. At home now but in a lot of pain, will catch up with things on here when I am able to use pc more.  :(  (behave!  ::) )

Thanks folks not sleeping too well at the moment so was tottering around at 5am, feeling a bit easier but still in a lot of pain, thank goodness for the profile bed in the downstaires extension cos I can't get in our bed at the moment. Found a chair I can sit on for a short while so at least I can use PC for about half an hour and come on here to harrass you  ;)
Just hoping I can improve a lot more before my hols in October.
Will have a sniff around forum later to see the latest posts but am going back to bed now to try and get another hours kip before hubby comes downstaires with his hob nailed boots on towing behind a herd of elephants (well that's what it sounds like  :) )
