Hi all,
The hugely successful Channel 4's show Come Dine With Me is returning for a new, prime-time series. We're looking for people over 18 yeras of age in and around Chesterfield, that have a passion for cooking and love dinner parties.
Over four days, four strangers, from all walks of life, take turns hosting the perfect dinner party for each other. At the end of the week the most impressive host wins a £1,000 cash prize.

I'm not altogether sure about this. Is it the program where a voice over adds "humour" to the evolving situation?

I think the voice over is great, usually better than the contestants.
They just slag each other off and lie about what they've supposedly cooked.

Yep - unfortunately! I think Alan Lamb (?) the commentator is funnier than the contestants 8)

Think Becky measures off peak fm is doing it, my daughter has applied and got through the interview stage but is getting cold feet about it!

colleague of the OH is through the first round. I also heard that the landlord of the Telmere was going to apply, not sure if he did though.
