And a fitting reply to those that criticised him for losing last week.

That was just plain daft. He'd only been in the position a bloody day  :!

First FA cup win over a league team since semi final year apparently, and over a team from a division higher as well.

To listen to him talk on BBC interview after losing to Barnet, no wonder they won today. He sounds like a no nonsense manager who expects every player to deliver based on the fantastic wages they get, and no excuses.Whatsoever.
Lets hope he really is the man for the job, because, I admit, I wasn't too sure at first, but I'm happy to be proved wrong.

If you listen to his interviews he makes no excuses for himself, his team, etc., when things go wrong.
He seems to think there are players on good money, no excuses, play for me, as I want, or its goodbye.
I think this is a very clever managerial appointment-and I have no doubt that he will be one of the most progressive managers that the club will ever have.
If he can gain success for Chesterfield Football Club, with its new ground, year after year, promotion, I think its a very clever appointment.
I hope he can get the financial backing he requires to build the team to deliver the results.
I bet we get promoted this season-seriously ;D

Cant agree more Scimitar, I Have likened him to Jim McGuigan
who came to Town in 1967, and for me, revolutionised Town.
