To get the guns called in!
Not before time either!

Many are still protesting in favour of gun ownership. Some say teaches (and even pupils !!!) should have had guns to defend them selves.
In USA it seems Christianity = Republicans = Gun Lobby = Low IQ.
OK it's a generalisation but that's what I'm picking up from reading Facebook comments

Latest from the NRA, Nation Rifle Association, the main gun lobby in the States, their executive vice-president Wayne LaPierre, has called for armed guards in American schools.
So how long before a security guard shoots a kid because the kid was winding him up, or sneaking out during the day, or, or...
The Americans are mad - the deaths of these poor children has already been swept aside by the political arguments of the crazies.

And of course the security will have to be more heavily-armed than any potential aggressor, otherwise what's the point? And they'll have to be several of them in case some are taken out by a sniper. Say cheerio to the traditional yellow bus - I mean, "Speed," for god's sake - and say hello to the armoured SWAT truck that will be picking up little Will-i-am and little Betonce in future.

Schools these days are looking more like prisons here. Our village junior school now looks like Coldiz. Terrible state of our times when we have to build a large metal fence round our kiddie winks to keep them safe.
I think it is time America tried to call in their guns - still playing cowboys and indians there!

I think the President etc would have more luck insisting that, from now, on, US citizens spoke only Flemish. The cowboys thing is interesting. We don't go round shooting eachother with bows, but we've had 800 years since Robin Hood, while the heroes of their past are a lot closer, in time. They also have this big hunting tradition - the great-great-grandfathers of a lot of them had to kill things to survive, whereas if any of our ancestors went hunting in the woods, they were probably hung for it.
