Incorrect.
U would have thought wrong - I OWN the property, in future
do not reply unless it is accurate.
Serious responses only
-
A lot of people do it in the Wembley area there's a website for it

Is this declared as earnings and the relevant tax paid on it ?
-
Is what declared as earnings, nothing earned yet ???
I am tax exempt also
-
Indeed a lot of people do do it in the wembley area.
There IS a website - https://www.parkatmyhouse.com/ (https://www.parkatmyhouse.com/)
Though not many folk are aware, which is why I thought I would try here (also).
To see if anybody would be interested in the availability
-
Guess that's a no then, welcome to ChesterfieldOnline BTW :)

Pardon our part time tax collector pepsiperfect... He doesn't know when to come off duty. ::)
And welcome to the forums. :)

Surely the idea is preferable to the streets on the outskirts of town being full of vehicles parking for the day for work or the station? Riverside village was blighted with them when the estate was built.
-
Agree with his Slackness, it was terrible when folks sussed they could park for free on Riverside to use the railway station.
-
Also, I seem to know that name - were you ever a member of Chesterfield Forums?
-
Mortgage, ha ha (thud) - laughing my head off
I said I OWN the property.
You are also not following the conversation, I stated a price of £10 per week
A little math knowledge informs that 52 weeks in a year * £10 = £520 - erm so
no this not close, if successfull. Though with all the distractions - it seems unlikely of interested clients

Good luck with your venture pepsiperfect. :)
Nice to know your tax exempt. Wish I was !!

Thanks, no 1 taxi driver - I can`t B expected to work either
-
I can`t B expected to work either
I don't get that bit pepsi q?
-
Just to explain, I can not be expected to work - do U understand ?
-
Nope. I don't understand at all.
You're tax exempt, no mortgage, property owner.
I can't wait for a reply.
Where's Beadle ?
-
oh dear, i think pepsiperfect should maybe come down from the ceiling a little bit, Don't need the parking space tho i dont drive
-
Dude,
You correctly understood my message, to clarify:
tax exempt, no mortgage, property owner
Free parking space, that hope to let out
This message advertises that I have a space available on my drive
at my home. If anybody requires a parking space whilst in Chesterfield

Self assesment form ???
Medical exemption
-

I am incapacitated - I have medical exemption, I can not be expected to work again - for life. I am not required to fill in forms/returns.
Ergo I am tax exempt - I DO however pay NI .... other deductions
-

I am unsure what I pay, if I do pay NI - I know that I don`t pay council tax,
but I DO have a GoldCard
I am under the court of protection, the court deals with everything
I just get a funds transfer - I do not even have a bank account
The court handles my finances. I have a building society for my day-to-day living

Pass me the paracetamols too OC!! :o
-
Who NEEDSill pills - pop till U drop:
Parkin space available in ches, when the dognut and everywhere
else is full - have UR OWN parkin space, in the town centre
BETTER than reasonable price, a price that WILL save U money
Don`t worry about the rest - have the BEST
at a price that is UNBELIEVABLE - free parkin in the
town centre - what more would U want ?? !!
Good luck

Not at that price, plus he's incapable of work isn't he. :)
-
Surley everybody pays income tax if they are getting any kind of income above a certain threshold, the only people i know who can be exempt from tax are on disabilty but that is only VAT exempt on disabilty aids i think.
-
I know of someone who received a large amount of compo after a life-threatening RTC. The money is handled by a third party (through courts I think) into regular payments. Maybe this is similar?

Brilliant - welcome to the forum pepsiperfect :))
-
Seriously now, on some benefits £20.00 a week is allowed without it affecting them - dunno about what tax over the year would be paid - if any on that.
At least you are trying to earn a few extra quid pepsiferfect - you may need it when the new benefit upheavals come in
-
Indeed everybody pays income tax - though I am medically unable/incapacitated
I do not receive ANY income other than disability which the court collects and pays me. I do not have any funds.
The legal case U refer to, does not include liability issues. RTA`s go to court, liability is established. ANY award is reduced by reliabilty.
ANY RTA is 50/50 (there are 2 entities) unless proven considerably at fault.
-
Thanks for the info Pepsiprefect.
I have your address, know there's no car on the drive or access required so I might utilise the parking space.
Hate paying those council money grabbing prices!!!
Think of the money I'll save.
Especially if I park on the road outside your house for free. Nice quiet cul-de-sac and someone at home to watch over my vehicle and I save an extra £520 a year!!!!
Many thanks.

;D ;D
-
But my garage IS available
Park on my drive, in front of my garage
on the Spires - only £10 per week
Your own parking space in Chesterfield at a bargin price
-
Flippin February - price crash
For the month of February, a massive sale price.
The park on my drive offer is ambiguous and misleading. To clarify:
On the New Barrats property development area - The Spires. Appartments and houses,
near the cinema - Trevorrow Crescent area ...
Garages have allocated parking space. You can park in my allocated parking space for 7 days
at the sale price of £7 - that is ALL day parking for £1
-
Put another record on pepsi - we've all had enough of that one.
