I was down on Corporation Street this morning and noticed a bar right at the bottom by the footbridge was getting a makeover. The signs said "Coco Bar Bistro".

Must say I'm looking forward to it opening as I love tapas bars and have long thought we should have a good one in town. I went once or twice to Lambrellis on Brampton when they had a Tapas night - it was great for the money, but not the best tapas I've tried.
PS Any serious tapas fans should try Iberico in Nottingham - easily the best tapas I have ever had - and that includes a few I went to in Barcelona!

Don't know about that Jon, but it looks to be the last building on the left before the bridge.
Just looked on Google maps and it used to be called Serengeti, if that helps.

Menu looks good, wouldn't call most of it Tapas though.
The best thing about Tapas in Barcelona is the ambience....doesn't get better.
I notice they are looking to recruit staff, wasn't someone on here a couple of days ago, looking for a job.
