Title: Donut carboot to re-locate to Proact stadium.

Er, why. I ain't seen no planning applications as such for the donut.
The multi storey isn't closing.

What's going on. Cllr Slack !!

This was announced ages ago. I assume it just makes it easier as and when the time comes.

It's alright moving it there but theres people who might not be able to get to the proact :\ not been to the boot sale in ages but unless i had a car or caught a bus theres no way im gonna get there....i could walk but wouldnt fancy coming back with anything
