Title: Trouble in the Ranks

Taxi rank that is
 At Chesterfield railway station -  a brawl between two taxi drivers, short journey customers being turned down  :-?
Maybe our Fly could enlighten us more being in the business  ;)

Hence the DT haven't explained the situation a little clearer  :(
