The first story is just laughable.

Wht's funny about that? To ensure maximum profits Tesco's quality system is so inadequate it allows the whole carcass of a dead bird to be found in a bag of salad.

People first, profits second.

You mean no-one saw the bird on the plate whilst serving up and putting salad cream all over it.  :))
