Title: Calls to landline
Post by: Old Cruser on March 20, 2013, 04:58:34 PM: Really fed up with this number 0039393939. Line always goes dead when I answer the phone - have dialed 1477 and it logs it as a malicious call >:(
We used to pay for a block on calls like these but I reckon when we changed to talk talk it was taken off - time to put it back on! >:(
Why do these people do this? Is it automated? as that would explain why it cuts off - but what is the point of the calls? Does anyone know cos I'm baffled. >:(

Ive currently got 16 numbers blocked on my mobile, none of which ive ever answered

Pete I have seen that link - and yes there are many more who are pestered by this number - but what do they gain from it?

Not a clue with some of them OC

Some are rip off numbers, you phone them back at a big cost to you !!
Some are numbers hiding Skype accounts. Apparently on Skype, the number that appears aren't always original.

I didnt even read the thread title properly. But im the same on my 'bobile' ;) no name, no answer. If they want me, leave a voicemail and ill call back
