Given that Our Town is always promoting itself
for tourism etc , Why have't we got any Webcams
Around the Town , like other Major Towns and Cities.

Don't webcams need a 24 hour internet connection ?
What would you suggest they point at, traffic, town centre footfall.

Well Fly, as well as traffic, how about the Town Centre Itself, Church and so on.
They Would give other people who where thinking of visiting a taste of whats on offer,
as well as Locals at what is going on, and weather to venture out.

I think it's an excellent idea kent. it would promote our town (hopefully).
I regularly use the ships web cams when we have friends who are off on their jollies.
Hope someone takes up the idea. :)

Think its a great idea, the council could put one on the TIC, facing the Spire.
Make interesting viewing on a weekend though. Lol
