After a tip off from our man "in the know" I had a walk into town to get a pic or two of Labour leader Ed Miliband as walked around the market place chatting with market traders and local shoppers.

Mr Miliband was accompanied by local MP Toby Perkins, shadow minister for pubs... ;) - my kind of politician. :)

Unfortunately he was only here for the day, so obviously didn't have time. But watch the video at 2.40 that's where he touched on it.

Bad video play back on my laptop, he sounds like the late Norman Collier :))
I can sort of imagine what he's saying, I heard the 'If we were in gov now'.

BTW - good to see the forum get a scoop, haven't seen the visit mentioned anywhere else. Well done!

Not wanting to sound big headed, or bragging.
The forum members have posted a few good scoops during the last year. Respect 8)
Coop closing is one that comes to mind, new spire on the Chesterfield road signs another :) by me ;)
