Oops! Bet they didn't realise the connection with the horsemeat scandal in the planning stage!!!

Love it!!!

Pretty sure they wee made to keep it as part of the Planning conditions.
I would love to think that someone in the Borough's Planning Department has a sense of humour but given that I worked with most of them I know it's not true.
