I heard this on the CNN news on hols - what idiot gives a 5year old a gun for his birthday LOADED and which idiots didn't realise it was LOADED.

so sad :( What is shocking is knowing that a child Laura's age was given a gun!! Never on this earth would I ever think to do such a thing, when will the Americans learn that guns are not the way forward and should they not put an age limit or a license on such things.

its stupid of you ask me, after all thats happened with school shootings, now theres the potential for kids to print on and use it.

Applying the NRA's first law of gun ownership,  the two-year old would have been safer if she too had had a gun.
