Title: Staveley canal and the river. Photos :-)

Had a stroll down the canal from Hollingwood  to Staveley yesterday afternoon.
Most of you might have seen the pictures I took via our FaceBook accounts.

Had a cycle ride along there friday evening and back through Poolsbrook & Westwood. About 15 miles.

Me and Our_Lass have fished maybe 100yds from either end but never walked the full way.
I noticed in several places the fence had been broken and footpaths disappear into the adjacent barren grass, shrub.
Wonder if it's the local dogging spot.
