To get a bank account you need to give proof of just about everything.
Surely the owner of the bank account is traceable ?

I'm inclined to think someone is having a laugh here, pretending to receive a letter.
I haven't heard of anyone else receiving a letter.

If its a scam the bank account should soon help police to trace the people, if the are daft enough to give an address,
and cant they lock the account so no money can be taken out.
