Title: Smile - Derbyshire Counillors on camera

'Some' footage of the meeting of councillors in Matlock is to be recorded by the DoNut Creative Arts people.
I am supposing that maybe they will only record what they want us to see/listen to?

I think it's  good idea - the more cameras there are around politicians, the better. ;)0
