Modern energy efficient buildings are the way forward, though some prefer old leaky ones with wasted areas.

Are those archways to the shops then do you think - I hope they haven't made them too pokey

True but then again the Market Hall wasn't rebuilt on Shentall Gardens with students given priority shopping times!!!
