Title: Red Cross launches emergency food aid plan for UK’s hungry

The Red Cross will this winter start collecting and distributing food aid to the needy in Britain for the first time since the Second World War.

Well done Cameron, Osborne and Clegg!

You are managing to do what could only be matched by a world war. Mrs Thatcher would be proud of you.

Chris Jones from Oxfam says he is shocked by the need for this - I wonder if he thought the rest of us were just exaggerating about what was happening.
