Here's an idea, forgot to mention it to Pete earlier, so here goes.
Instead of doing this for the official Movenber website and world wide charity.
We could run our own version for Ashgate Hospice.
As of the 1st November, all male members stop shaving your top lip for a month. Get your family members to sponsor you or make a donation to the cause. Post your tatty moustache photo's in this thread.
Come one guys, if only a few of us do it, it's helping Ashgate Hospice.

Willing to donate but cant take part because a) I already have beard and tash and b) I have to keep them 'closely cropped' because of working on open food counters.

I did it, shaved off my beard and tash (first time in God knows how many years). Surprised you didn't hear the laughs).
One of my grandkids didn't recognise me, heard the voice but didn't recognise the face. But all is well, back to grey beard and nearly £100 raised.
